Strawberries and Cream Yogurt Popsicles
One of the best investments...ever.
They are available on Amazon.com for like...nothing!
In fact, they are giving them away...no, they pay you to order one!
Not really.
But, seriously, get one.
You will thank me for all the yummy popsicles you consume this summer ;)
Got kids? Get three.
Don't judge me on my crooked popsicle sticks.
what you'll need my yogurt poppies...
- 2 1/2 c. greek yogurt
- 1 c. half and half (I used fat free, but full fat will work juuuust fine, probably even better)
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. minced, chopped, pureed? strawberries
Whisk all together and pour into popsicle mold of your choice, you may have extra...no worries, just throw it in the frig. You are going to eat this batch by tomorrow anyway and you'll need to make more.

Yum!!! These popsicles look so perfect!! I want one right now!!
Which Popsicle molds did you order? The only ones I can find are the fancy ones with lids and plastic handles- I want ones like you got, that you put the Popsicle sticks directly in.
thanks Ambika!
Caytie, if you search "Progressive International Freezer Pop Maker" or "Norpro Ice Pop Maker" on Amazon, you'll see the kind that take wooden popsicle sticks.
Hope that helps!
Thanks so much! I think I'll order some on payday. (it's still cold here for some reason, but I'm on a yoghurt kick)
These look amazing. I had no idea it would be so easy. Off to order some :)
These look great! I'll have to get some molds for summer, my kids would love them! I'm your newest follower:) Come say hello sometime at Stella B's Kitchen
